A Glimpse Into UBC's AMS Archives

The AMS Image Collection currently contains over three thousand historical photographs providing a snapshot of student life from the founding of the University of British Columbia (UBC) and the Alma Mater Society (AMS) of UBC (the student society) to the present day. The photographs depict the AMS Executive, Student Council, student protests, student activities/events, and buildings that students helped pay for on campus.

A Glimpse into UBC's AMS Archives contains photographs from the AMS 75th Anniversary in 1990, images from the 1994 Volunteer Fair, paintings and art from the 2002 Let Your Spirit Grow Art Exhibition at the AMS Hatch Art Gallery, and snaps from the 2002 edition of Shinerama.
